Are there any hidden costs or add-on fees?
No. Every technique used in your visit, adjustments, soft tissue therapy, cupping, exercise prescription, is included in the one consultation fee. The price you see is the price you pay.
Can I claim Chiropractic on private health insurance?
Yes. HICAPS is available in clinic and all major private health funds are accepted, so you can claim your rebate on the spot at the end of your visit.
Do you offer care plan packages or lock-in contracts?
No, and that’s deliberate. You pay per visit, we reassess against your progress, and you stop when you’ve got what you came for. No upfront packages, no pressure.
What if I need to cancel or reschedule?
Life happens, just give us as much notice as you can so the time can go to someone else. You can reschedule through your Cliniko confirmation email or by calling 0416 926 027. Please note that cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment incur a fee of 50% of the original appointment cost.
How do I pay?
